Established in 1980, Ningbo Hengya Mechanism
Manufacture Co.,Ltd. is located in Ningbo, which is nearby
Ningbo Seaport. It covers an area of 3,000 square meters,
which specializes in producing all kinds of fas teners
of alloy steel, carbon steel and stainless steel. It not
only can produce products according to standards such
as: GB, ISO, DIN, ANSI, BS, JIS etc but also non-standard
parts according to customers’ demands. Products are used
in automobiles, bridges, construction, and furniture industry
and so on.
Our factory has strict QC procedure and carries out production
according to customers’ requirements strictly. To meet
and exceed customers’ demands is our purpose. Products
are mainly exported to Europe and USA. It has self import
and export management rights and obtains favor reputation
from customers.
Our factory has a 300-ton punch, two 100-ton, 200-ton
punches respectively. It is our feature that products
are forged and treated by finish machining. There are
equipments of CNC, rolling wire machine, thread rolling
machine, cold header and so on in the factory. With perfect
testing equipments, products are made fine. Raw materials
adopt stainless steel, alloy steel, general carbon steel,
brass, aluminum and so on. Our factory integrates design,
manufacture and trade. Processing non-standard parts is
our advantage.
